Surveyors and Civil Engineers
On most projects, Benchmark Engineering has been responsible for:
- Surveying and mapping services, including the preparation of condominium documents.
- Development of site plan (occasionally prepared jointly with an architect or land planner).
- Planning and design of site facilities (water, sewer, roadways, drainage, and soil investigation).
- Construction layout, construction oversight and inspection, density control, and contract administration.
Groundwater Monitoring
Benchmark Engineering also provides groundwater monitoring collection service to our clients with on-site treatment facilities. We collect groundwater and sewage influent/effluent samples and provide PH and Conductivity Tests in house. Samples are shipped to laboratories off site for additional testing as required.
